December:Mabagas GmbH & Co. KG is founded in Bochum

2009

May – Dec:Construction and commissioning of a 2 MWel biogas plant in Lünen, Germany

2010

February:Sale of Mabagas shares in the biogas plant in Lünen to co-partners
March:IOT Mabagas Ltd. is founded in Mumbai, India
June:Mabagas is relocated to Hamburg

2011

June:Start of construction of a 2.4 MWel biogas plant in Namakkal, South India
September:Entry into the CNG market on the basis of waste based methane

2012

June:Purchase of the Bardowick (Lüneburg) biogas waste plant with 2,1 MWel
December:Commissioning of the biogas waste plant in Namakkal, India

2013

June:Operation of nine bio-CNG filling stations in Fulda, Troisdorf (Cologne), Lehrte (Hanover), Minden, Mühlberg (Thuringia) and Schenefeld (Hamburg), Norderstedt, Upahl (Mecklenburg-West Pomerania) and Stade (Hamburg)

2014

January:Take-over of a bio-CNG filling station in Hamburg-Wellingsbüttel

2015

March:Opening of the first bio-CNG filling station in cooperation with Sprint Tank GmbH in Berlin Spandau
October:Withdrawal from biogas production in Germany, focus on the international business

2016

January:Operations of the bio-CNG filling stations by affiliate OIL! Tankstellen
